DHRU API in my woocommerce website wordpress

I want to integrate API from "Dhru Fusion" plateform with my Woocommerce Wordpress platform.

In details : When customer place order (his IMEI) on my website, this IMEI number should go to through API to the service provider (Dhru Fusion website). or via any other supplier with api When the service provider finish the service, my website should send an email to my customer that the service for his IMEI number has been finished., I want everything automatically.i need connect to any supplier automatically. via api
