Auto Web Content Generator/Rotator(repost)

I want a website that will automatically generate content by pulling from external sources (eg. RSS feeds, Blogs etc.) and at regular intervals refresh this via a CPANEL cron job or equivalent. A database will be used to define the category(s) of information that needs to be displayed along with the keywords associated with each. Each stored category will have an associated web page generated and this will be stored in a database for display on the web when users visit. Cron job will parse information from external sources to build the information. A summary of the 'extract' will be shown on the web when visited with option to view the whole content. Possible/suggested external sources are RSS/XML feeds, Blogs, Article Directories, Auction sites, Google, Ebay, Clickbank, etc. The links to be parsed from will be definable in a database. A web template will be definable so the 'look' of the site maybe changed to display the information and this will be 'filled' in with the extracted content. Visitors to the site, if they register will be stored in a database and they can define there own keywords to search on. When they register an auto email will be sent with login/password details. When new extracted content replaces the 'old' this will be archived an thus possible to look at the last xx entries. Provision to rotate manually added content/advertisement banners. As part of the delivery I want a working example based on the category 'Forex', and 2 keywords 'Forex systems' and 'News'. Main objective is to have a site with constantly changing content to get good traffic to the site and I will thus be able to monetarise it for Adsense, Amazon, Yahoo, Clickbank etc. I have some software code I purchase called 'Autopliot Traffic Machine' that didn't work fully but gave me idea for this. People are welcome to look at this for ideas and example code. ## Deliverables Must be provided in a ZIP file that I can extract and upload the requested folder(s) to web directories. Instructions on what to setup in order to implement the project and upload it to a website must be provided. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web pages to be displayed in most common browers. Use of PHP and My-SQL database and CRON job with CPANEL.
