Barn Management for a Game

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a web developer to work on what is, essentially, a personal project for myself and an online non-profit game that I am an admin for. This web-based application will ideally run on PHP/MySQL, but I am flexible. The application is a barn management tool for a simulated horse game. It would need to allow for flexible updating of individual horse information, efficient addition of achievements and show results, management of association numbers, as well as sales management, breeding management, and boarder management. I have some static mockups created as examples and I can handle a lot of the design-side. I really need help on the scripting side of things. I have a flexible budget as well as a delivery timeline. Thanks! ## Deliverables Here is a more detailed piece about the management application I'm hoping for... I've divided the application into five general categories that it would need to handle: 1. Horse information management -- basics like name, breed, date of birth, colour, height, gender, pictures, a space for notes and write-ups), discipline information (with more than one choosable and a place for more specific discipline info. Not only "dressage" but also "first level dressage), a spot for a link to the database page for the horse), pedigree with three generations of parents/grandparents (also linked to the database) and their breeds, and maybe some flexibility to add other 'text boxes' for other things like show write-ups, testimonials, etc. Also on this section would need to be ties to whether or not the horse is for sale (and for how much), whether the horse is available for stud (and how much), and links to buy (to to the sales contract) or to breed (with link to breeding contract). 2. Horse achievement management -- A way to put the achievements of the horse into the database quickly and somewhat efficiently. I also have an existing database that Sasha of [login to view URL] wrote waaaaay back in 2003 that I'd like to be able to import across if possible. Achievements would need to include the placing (1st, 2nd, 3rd, champion, reserve champion, etc), the name of the show, the division and the class, money earned, etc. I'd like it to calculate total money earned to display on the bottom of the list, and possibly also have a section for game points, so that if I join a different game, I can use it there too. Maybe a way to set up different game points schemes - ie in Game A, a first place gets 10 points, but in game B a first might get 6 points... And being able to divide them or something? 3. Association management -- Fairly simple - a way to add an association number (Thoroughbred Association, for example) to a horse and keep track of who is a member of what associate as well as when association fees are due, etc. 4. Breeding management -- Two-fold here. One is to track what stallions are available for breeding and to let people fill out an online form/submit their breeding fee payments, etc. The other is to manage breeding records - what stallion what bred to what mare and what was the foal's name. Links to the database would also be important here, as is information about what year the breeding took place. 5. Sales management -- Somewhat similar to the breeding management section. This would include a way to designate horses that I own as "for sale" which would display their sales price on the horse page, as well as list the horses in a "sales barn" page. There would need to be a link to "request to buy" the horse where the person would fill in name, barn name, e-mail, and then I could go in and either approve or deny the request blah blah. An optional #6 would be "boarder" management. If I have people "boarding" their horses at my barn, it would be nice to manage them, their horses, send out invoices with one click, etc. My budget is capped at between $500 and $1000, though, so I don't know where all of these would fit into things.
