Continued Development of Existing Site (Future Work - When Project is Completed)

If you do not provide a price, we will not consider your bid. ## Deliverables This bid if for the modification and continued development of an existing site, [[login to view URL]][1]. We have attached a 15-page document detailing the work that needs to be done. We have also attached the source code for the site. We have the following requirements: 1. The job must be completed on time. Delays will not be accepted. Should the coder take more than the agreed time, they do hereby agree to reduce the amount of the bid, through arbitration at a rate of 5% per day past the agreed date. 2. The coder will supply DAILY updates (Monday - Friday) of the progress that is being made. This is in addition to the weekly updates required by vWorker. These DAILY updates will cover any and all work completed that day, in detail (pages that were worked on and any issues) 3. The coder will install and test the site on our server (using a sub domain) prior to the completion of the bid. You will be given full access to our HostGator VPN Server. 4. All development, changes, modifications, and testing must be completed within 30 days. Employer will have 10 days to test the site BEFORE the end of the project. (This will not be in addition to the 30 days) Note: Project must be ready for testing in 20 days with all features completed and employer will have 10 business days to test the site and all features prior to installation. At the end of 30 days and when the site has been installed on our server (and is functioning properly), we will review the site and release 50% of the funds. At this point, the site will be integrated with our existing site and made live on our server. This process cannot disrupt the operation of the site for more than 12 hours and must be done after 2300 EST US. This process must also retain all current user postings and information on the site. You must fully backup the exiting site and database before proceeding. The balance of the funds will be released when the site has been installed and is made live with limited service interruptions. When you bid, please estimate the amount of time you will need. We are allowing 30 days.
