Create linux desktop blog editor with quality features

I am need off a professional looking, full featured Blog editor for Linux. i want the finished product to look and feel like BlogJet and [login to view URL], and have the same features. i will want the application complied as a .deb package and as a tarball ([login to view URL]) with full install instructions.
