I have a in-production magento store that I need to include voice broadcast service from twilio.com.
This is the basic final step before going live.
For every product in the store, before adding the product to the shopping cart the customer must enter a phone number (not their own phone number which is on their customer account) which is a product text input option.
When the order is considered complete by magento (payment has been received) I need magento to do the following:
From the order take:
1. take the phone number from the product text input option
2. take the sku for the product (the sku will also double as the exact name for an audio file used for the broadcast in wav format)
On [url removed, login to view] they have all the xml documentation and libraries on how it works.
If you know anything about coding they make it sound simple (I do not)
I need magento to take the information from above and do the following:
1. export the data into what I believe is an xml file which I believe is sent to a php form that sends the information to twilio which then places the call.
2. when the call has been completed possibly add the ability to send the store confirmation.
I simply want it to know what number to call and what file to play when the call is answered based upon the information from each individual order but only make all this happen AFTER payment has been received and the order is considered completed.
This needs to be on a per-completed-order basis and not a cron job.
I can setup free test products, customer and admin accounts, whatever is needed on your end.
