the following script, allows the creation of an XML document, which i use to create a navigation system. i need he following done to it: 1. for each node, i need to add the following attributes: description and image address. the image location, should have a button that would open up a pop-up and should show a list of images in a folder, if there are any other folders in that folder, the user should be able to navigate through them. also the PHP script should workaround the problem of caching the XML, since we don't want to duplicate what we created (the nodes). the script should allow, the creation, deletion and editing of parent/child nodes. there should also be a flag that would enable/disable the modification of the parent nodes. a list of viewable file extension should also be used (e.g. to filter only .jpg or .gif files) another configuration item should be the location of the main images directory. all the configuration should be done in a central place so to make maintenance easy. i have included a file that i have that allows the creation of parent/child node, but suffers from caching. and therefore duplication of nodes. I would like all the information to be stored in a database and once, i click on a "generate XML file" button, i would like the XML file to be generated. attatched is some of the work that was done for me before. the file is called [url removed, login to view] Thanks
