Add Autorenew Option to Admin Panel for Roommates Site

I need to have my admin panel updated to include an option to add autorenewal options on my roommates site- www.roommatesonline.net. I have included a picture of the current payment panel and would like to have someone add a checkbox and select tool for all lengths of times to autorenew. (for example, the trial period could be 7 days for $8.00 and then after that $30 a month). Again I want the option to change these items and setup new payment types anytime I wish. I have two quotes on this project outside GAF one for $350, the other for $300. Payment will be made one half to start and one half on completion to only reputable persons. Project must be completed within 5 days max or there is a 10% penalty per day and a refund to be issued at 10 days. Any questions, please ask. This should be a fairly easy project since most of the payment modules are already setup in the PHP code.
