I need someone to modify my auction website.

I need my auction side modified. It is a fairly simple project. I want to remove the auction feature and turn it into a "Buy Now" only site. Also I want the items that have been listed to be able to be purchased multiple times. aka when something is purchased by a user it does not leave the site like it does in a normal auction. the item stays online for future purchases. I only see this as a few hours of work, but I will have alot of future work after this project and am looking to create a pomising relationship with web developer.
