Auction Mod for phpbb3 board

We run a Paint Shop Pro phpbb3 board, on our old phpbb2 board, we had a point and auction mod that we used to earn points for tags that we would auction a few times a yr. The only thing we've found so far adds points per post and only admin can alter it. What we had before had a little button at the top of each post, that the moderators could add points to if it was earned. Then at the top of the forum was an area where we could add items for auction, but only the admin could add or delete from that area.
I hope someone can help us.
