Bulk pagerank and link checker

I need a script that will check multiple domain names for page rank and backlinks. I want the script to have no limitation on the number of domains it can check at one time. For example I can check 100,000 domains if I choose without any problems. I need the script to work quickly. For example about 100 domains per 10 seconds or faster would be good. When the script has finished checking the domains I need the results to be listed in order of pagerank, with the option to list them in order of backlinks. I would prefer the script to be php but that is optional, as long as the script runs easily on a linux server. I need the script to be easy to manipulate if I choose to upgrade or modify it to suit my needs. I will have sole rights to the script and have freedom to with it as I choose. I would like the script to be easy to install, and include full instructions for installation. The script needs to look reasonably attractive, the GUI needs to be simple but pleasing to the eye (color is expected). I need to be able to edit the code easily to change the maximum amount of domains searched per IP address. For example when the script is set this up on a website I have the option to change the code so the website visitors can only search 20 domains per IP address. I request a demo to be setup on your server so I can test the script.
