Code change on a button (add to cart)

I need to change the code below to instead of adding the product to the cart it will select a link from the database in a column called "products url" (this is already in my d/b) based on the "products_id" (each item has its own unique url in the column "products_url") so basically taking the customer to that url also. if someone can give me an estimate we will agree pay you (through escrow or something like that) and you can email the code we will test it and release the funds.
