Codecharge Developer (PHP)

I need a codecharge developer to upgrade our site. We are using Codecharge 4.1 and you should have to write the new scripts in our current codecharge project.

This is what we need:

1. Property posting update. Right now users have to log in to publish a new property. What I need is a new publish form where every new property needs to be confirm using a confirmation-link email send to the user every time he publish a new property. The same link should include links to edit/update the property and to cancel its publication.

[url removed, login to view] to request new Edit/Cancel email-link. The system should send the links to edit or cancel the property to the email used in the property publication form.

3. RSS Feed

4. SEO. Every property page needs to have a HTML version with a dynamic-page title for each property.

5. Most Viewed properties.

6. Bugs fixing in current property-publication form. (Dependent list boxes and image upload). Also I need to include the possibility to ad videos from YouTube.

7. Property rating and comment. Users should have the option to rate and comment every property.

8. Property owner contact form. The system should send an email with the contact information of the property owner. The owner's email should be private and it's only sent in this email. The property owner should received another email with the details of the user who has requested information of his property. Every property-information request has to be save in our database.

9. Twitter. Every new property should be publish automatically in Twitter.

10. New property notification. User should be able to set up email notifications for new properties.
