Display combined Twitter feeds on my site

I need to display a list of recent tweets from several Twitter accounts on my site. These will be displayed in a WordPress blog column that is about 200 pixels wide. I've heard that Twitter is no longer supporting RSS, so I need a solution that will not stop working if they shut that down. I will need a simple way to add Twitter accounts to the list of what is displaying since that will change regularly. There could be dozens of accounts and retrieval must be efficient. I also need a way to limit the number of tweets that display -- the most recent 10 tweets from all the accounts combined, for example. There should be a way to click each tweet to bring up the actual Twitter feed that it came from on Twitter. If you can add Facebook posts to the list, that would be a plus as well.
