clone of Template Monster + Hot Scripts

I need a exact clone of Templatemonsterand hot script

My website will have 2 modules 1 for listing tempaltes and other for scripts. It should have complete affiliate interface like template monster as in a member can show templates and scripts directly on his website. On sale we will give him certain commision. The module for scripts should be like tht of templates only ie. we can shwo funcational script. for more details ask me a question in pmb.
