I have a site www prodigyinvestor com and recently (about 3 weeks ago) had an openx banner rotation added. If you go to the site and click on any banner you will see an error message and thus the issue I need resolved.... When I contacted my host provider this is what their reply was.....
" It is likely that the reference at:
./public_html/adserver/lib/[login to view URL]:require_once MAX_PATH . '/lib/pear/[login to view URL]';
Is causing a bulk of your issue. Please ensure that only one [login to view URL] file is being included or required during your script's execution and you will not have this error. Please inform your developers that the above output is in the format of:
filename:line-number:reference
In addition, should there be any problem with the php configuration, I have created a [login to view URL] file for you and placed it in /home/prodigy so your developers will be able to change the php configuration should there be a conflict in this regard"
\
Then additionally my host provider said.......
"This is in no way related to mod_security. Please re-read the error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _pear_call_destructors() (previously declared in /usr/lib/php/[login to view URL]) in /home/prodigy/public_html/adserver/lib/pear/[login to view URL] on line 802
The version of PEAR bundled with OpenX is attempting to re-declare something the system has already declared. This is a conflict between the two pear versions.
There is a closed bug report regarding this at [login to view URL]
There are also several OpenX forum posts regarding this, example [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
Altering code is outside the scope of support, as such your web developer will need to assist you with this."
Above I added in hopes that the programmer I select will have a better understanding of what the issue is and resolve this for me quickly...I have been told it should be a quick simple fix for those that have experience in this area. Please let me know if this is something you would be able to resolve quickly....I am looking to pay not much more than 30.00 based on what I understand the problem to be. I just do not know code....
