Community Website

This contract is to design a website for a small community of homeowners in the Maryland, USA area. More specifics will be priovided to bidders as neccessary. An example of something similar to what I'm looking for is: [login to view URL] This website will inform residents about events in the community, as well as inform prospective buyers about the community. The design is fairly open, but must have *at least* the folowing: + Capability for users to obtain an individual password, allowing for user registration. Also the ability for a user to update their information - Name - Password - Street address - City - State - Zip Code - Phone Number - Profile (free-text listing, possibly HTML capable) + Event Listing, preferably in calendar format - Read only access if not logged in - Write access if logged in Events should show: Date, time, and user who made the entry Date, time, and length of the event Location of event Name of Event Description of Event (free-text listing, possibly HTML capable) Contact name Contact phone Contact email + Classified Ad listing - Read only access if not logged in - Write access if logged in Ads should show: Date, time, and user who made the entry Description of item Price of item Contact information + Mailing list - Read access if logged in - Allow for browsing the User Registration information All files should be stored as either local/flat files via CGI, or in a SINGLE MySQL databse (multiple tables are fine). The key here is simplicity, so whatever method you prefer is acceptible.
