Cover Page Design For A PDF Report - (Example Given)

I'm looking for a graphics artist/designer that will be able to quickly put together one image for use in a title page of a word document (that will be converted to a PDF). This graphic will need to have the name of the report ("The Four Elements Of A Profitable Forex System") as well as incorporating a logo that currently exists in one way or another. I've attached to this post the example PDF front page as well as the current logo to be incorporated. The example is merely to show what sort of result I am looking for - the style itself can be anything you wish it to be. Make it your own, and make it look GREAT! :-) The only requirements are: -Title of the report --- "The Four Elements Of A Profitable Forex System" -Logo incorporation --- ([login to view URL]), can be incorporated any way you wish, just so long as it is in the image one way or the other -Design --- you have free reign with the design aspect, though I may ask you to change the colors or final style slightly. This is a RUSH JOB! so make your bids accordingly. I will be selecting a winning bid today, and will be behind my computer all day to work with you in finalizing the project.
