Architectural rendering map

I need a /project map made like the sample file that is attached. I will be printing it on 2'x3' poster. So it needs to be that size with 300x300 dpi. The map to be rendered, and the small vicinity map for this project is attached as well. please provide sample of your work. No need for 3D work, just simple like sample. Thanks
