Convert PDF vector images to EPS and/or AI

I have close to 700 vector icon images in PDF format (examples attached).
These .pdf files need to be properly converted to .eps and/or .ai format, while keeping the file names and folder structure intact.
I am looking for someone that can fully automate this.
Please try and convert the sample files to verify you can do the job: they contain a drop shadow layer that is problematic with a simple "save as" batch conversion.
