Design a new USB memory

We are a USB manufacturers in Spain. Most of the USB memories in the market are similar and not really attractive. I'm looking for a new cool USB memory for our customers. We will focus this USB in "jobs" that means, must be something that we can adapt to different fields. Let me explain: If the USB looks like a person, then we can use the same basic mold and then just change the printing to show different jobs like doctor, driver, teacher... The design doesn't need to be like a person, im open to new ideas. I need a versatile USB, cool design but also simple. Can be done in plastic, metal, acrylic. What i need is something very easy to customize. Right now there are already some of these USB in the market (check the robot USB) with very good sales. We have our our team in China, but their designs are boring and plain. I'm looking for a designer with fresh ideas. If the design is a hit n the market I'll pay an extra money to the designer and will count with him/her for next projects. thanks! Sergio
