Change background and tweak photos

Hi there,
We have 6 photos of our architectural models that we will display on our website. An example is attached, you can see it in the workshop.
1) We want you to remove the workshop background, and add a nice blue sky background similar to the example attached
2) Just tweak the photos to make them look good i.e colour balanced
This should be a quick easy job
