Create 2D Animation (10 sec.)

We are looking for After Effect artist, who can create 10 seconds of 2d animation from the psd. illustrations. We would also like the artist to add some "depth" to the existing illustrations, so they don't appear flat on the page.
The work required is for a film by award winning filmmakers and the artist need to be able to sign standard film release forms.
Its a long term contract. We want to start the artist with little 10 sec. test first and if all goes well, we will have more work.
For the output we will need a mov. file as well as AE project file.
Please start proposal with the word "depth", so we know your answer is not generic and you read full job description.
Please send only 3 best samples of your work that are relevant.
We need someone who responds without delay and who can start immediately.
