Create 20 Photoshop images as background photos to be used in Powerpoint

We would like to create 20 Photoshop images using high-resolution photos we already have and will provide to be used as background for pages in Powerpoint. Please see attached. These will require some artistic cropping, colorization, fading, layering. We use these as background images for case studies, which have the same text placement, requiring a specific composition of the photos. The colors will vary among a few basic colors - plum, gold, light blue, royal blue (specifics to be provided) Our goal is that the final images/photos are high-quality and clear, similar to those in here, and can be pasted back into Powerpoint as PNG or JPG at less than 1MB per slide. Please note that these pages are U.S. letter sized and must accommodate the blue bar at the bottom of the page, so this is important for the sizing/design/cropping of the photos. We have additional work as well that requires layering of photos on a colored background of icons. Once this work is complete we could discuss these as well. Thanks!
