Designer and proofreader Needed for part-time coverage

I am pitching a client for off-site coverage of their in-house design needs. The work is primarily template driven MS PowerPoint and Word work. Intermediate experience in Excel (charting) is necessary also. Specifically, the candidate would be responsible for editing of presentations and reports in PowerPoint using company templates, form creation in Word and PDF as well as technical troubleshooting of MS Office issues for staff. I'm looking for someone IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA as a face-to-face meeting with my client may be necessary. The successful candidate at this position will commit 4 hours a day from 12 - 4 PM EST to our clients work and will be compensated for those hours at the negotiated rate. This person needs to be extremely customer service driven and detail oriented as the potential client is new to working with off-site contracted employees.
