Please see the attached AutoCad project and see the details below. Please note that this project requires 150 units to be produced (PCB + component assembly). So your bid means that you will design and construct this component for us. For final payment we must have 150 units and also all the technical notes, drawings, and files. All 150 functional units must be delivered to our facility no later than January 25th 2013 at the absolute latest.
Project details:
9V input + and ground connects to 9V+ and Gnd Thru.
"LED A" needs to be female pins.
"Input 9V+" and "Gnd" need to be female pins.
9V+ Thru, GND Thru, and 3V+ in need to be right angle pins.
3 LEDs should be white and mounted on the board and a 4th one is referenced. We will add the 4th LED ourselves.
All 3 on-board LEDs should be at right angles to the board as shown. Allow LED leads to be long enough so that we can adjust the angle of the LED by hand. Likely we will be bending the LED leads so that the LEDs are pointing about 45 degrees off the board.
The white LEDs should be the brightest LEDs (lumens) you can realistically add to this project.
LEDs should have a excellent viewing angle. 90 Degrees or more preferred.
The entire circuit board should work on a range from 6V to 12V. If the input voltage is only 6V then the LEDs should be as bright at 6V as a 9V supply voltage.
All dimensions are in inches, not mm.
LOGIC:
When 9VDC is applied from 9V battery to the board, all 4 LEDs should be constant on, if 3VDC input is low.
When 9VDC is applied and also 3VDC goes high, then all 4 LEDs should flash very quickly in sequence: A then B then C then D repeating very quickly, like chasing LED lights.
When 3VDC goes low for greater than 1 second then stop the flashing effect. Count 1000ms then make all 4 LEDs constant on.
