Design me a Product

I am working on a coin operated relay. It is Arduino controlled with a coin validator, relay and 16x2 LCD. The idea is to use the relay connected to washing machines and clothes dryers in the basement of my rentals. It will be much cheaper than buying a coin operated washer, even a used one. The coin validators are plasma cut into an off the shelf safe bought at harbor freight. The other components are in two separate cash boxes connect with 1/2" nipples. One houses the low voltage components, the other houses the relays. I have a working prototype, it just does not look professional and needs to be in a smaller form factor. The right person for this job has PCB design skills and product design skills. I think the circuitry is adequate, but if you have electrical engineering knowledge, all the better. Ideally, once I use the product in my rentals, I would like to market the product. Therefore, I think I would need Underwriters Labitory (UL) certification, but I am not sure. Safety is very important as we will have at least 110v.
