My bid takes care of a functional prototype mailed to you and the deliverables would include a complete CAD output with BOM etc. All you would need is to hand over the files to your local manufacturer (I can also suggest some within EU) and they will complete and send you the manufactured product. Hi, I am an experienced PIC Microcontroller Engineer situated in the NE of England. I work as a self-employed design & development consultant and my rates are £25 per hour. If I need to travel I will agree additional expenses with you. I design PWM controllers for PM DC motors from 12V to 120V dc and 1200W. My latest projects (not Freelancer ones), are for machines called Crawlers that transport NDT X-ray sets along the inside of steel pipelines and then expose the welds to X-rays for NDT purposes. I designed all the electronics as well as the remote signalling system that transmits positioning information through the steel pipe. I can design the electronics, PCB's and can produce prototype double sided pcb's in house. I write in C code for PIC Microcontrollers. Currently I work with Microchip PIC products but I am able to work with any CPU family. I can produce CAD design drawings 2D or 3D and have access to a small 3D printer if your project requires any custom parts.
