Buy/Receive parts from Japan to pack/ship to buyers by DHL

We are automation parts and test equipment dealer. We are looking for somebody in Japan preferably around Tokyo area. He/She must be able to read, write, and speak in English and Japanese. Filipino working in japan is preferred, but not required. Other nationality can apply as well as long as he satisfy above requirements. He/She must know how to bid on japan yahoo auctions and has the facility for payment to Japanese sellers. He/she must be able to help us communicate with suppliers in buying items from Japan. He/She must be able to receive paypal funds from us to replenish payment made to the japan yahoo auctions seller. He/She will be receiving the purchased parts to his/her own address in Japan and to follow instruction to ship the items to our buyers anywhere in the world using our own DHL account (or other cost effective shipping method with tracking), and send us the tracking once shipped. If not requested to ship by DHL direct to our buyers, he/she must be able to consolidate packing of the items receive and send to us in the Philippines by Balikabayan box. He/She should know how to ship by Balikabayan box as the most cost effective shipping method from Japan to Philippines. He/she must be computer literate and familiar with skype/yahoo messenger and email applications as our main communication method. This job can be done on part time basis at first, then progress to full time depending on business performance. Thank you.
