Bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant

I need an English/Spanish native bilingual virtual assistant to assist with my real estate business and other projects. Do not need to have real estate experience, I am willing to train. Responsibilities Include: - Screening buyer & seller leads daily - Addressing, stamping, and stuffing mailers on a regular basis - Understanding my buying criteria - Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I'll provide the call script) - Coordinating paperwork and closings This bid is for your monthly pay 40 hours a week. I need someone who is willing to work for more than 6 months. After you agree to the job we will talk about monthly compensation and how you would like to get paid.
