New talent required - to support 2 very busy investment management, estate planning & financial adviser sector company directors, who between them currently manage over £50 Million of their clients assets. You will handle all of our admin and associated file work, manage our appointments, make travel arrangements, book meetings, take calls, manage data, such that we are free to spend as much time as possible with new potential and existing clients. You will work alone, in our Directors office - a fabulous 1000 sq ft Grade A commercial office in the heart of Liverpool's Business District - St Paul's Square. The Directors are mobile in Liverpool and London and therefore in and out of office, so this job will not suit a person who likes to work with other people - all of the time. A further initial project will be to proactively update our client database and at the same time grow the companies general insurance book, focusing on existing clients needs for commercial and personal insurance services. Bonus can be earnt on top of basic on this project. We need a mature, committed, self starter who wants to help make a difference and contribute towards the Brothers’ vision - of creating a world class float-able integrated financial, legal and investment services company serving 150 high net worth clients (in each office) who have private and / or business assets in excess of £1Million.
