hi, What I can offer is: To setup a VoIP PBX in the cloud. To setup call recording in the VoIP PBX. To setup an agent panel for the agents to login to the queues and take the calls. Hello, I've already deployed callcenter crm on cloud. Here is an summary that my system had been deployed. 1. Hardware: Cloud VPS on DigitalOcean 2. PBX: asterisk 11 + freepbx (latest) + fail2ban (protect server from hacker ) 3. CallCenter CRM _ CRM coded in PHP. It can be customed as your request. _ Click2call ( make call from click on button on crm ) _ Popup ( when call go in to PBX, it will pop up on agent screen phone number ). If that's existed contact --> show that phone information. If it new phone number, agent can add to database _ Reporting : talk time, handle call report, .... _ Call recording: Can hear record directly on crm or download to pc I will show a demo if you interesting with it.
