User Requirements:
Before a user can sign-up for the service, a user must be able to provide valid email capability
Authenticate user must have a unique user profile name with Photo (optional) which can be automatically resized or default to avatar image User has the ability to provide personal information and organization description.
Authenticated or valid user can only access event calendar database objects.
Authenticated or valid user can change, modify, and update event relevant to user’s profile
Event Database Requirements:
Events can be recurring
Event requires – Start Time and End Time, Contact info such as phone number and emails address, location of the event with Google map directions.
External users can scroll previous months, years and upcoming months and years.
Email reminder regarding upcoming event(s) – 10 days, 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before event.
Developer must provide upcoming event templates, yearly templates, monthly templates, and daily templates.
Drop-down menu for event fee(s)
Pagination
External subscribers can subscribe calendar feed via RSS, Atom, iCal Outlook
