Hi All,
I need a building plan for an event centre. Find
attached a sketch of the land.
The land is a 100 x 200 ft land. I want floor plan, exterior 3D images, perspective view (Different angles), and Bird eyes view. It is an event centre so It must be beautiful, simple structure, easy to build, not overly expensive, yet elegant. No multi floors please, just ground floor.
1. The fence will be a low concrete fence, with see thru metal rails
2. Gate house. Driver’s lounge, cleaners room, managers office will attached to the fence, close to the gate
3. The front 100 x 100 will be car park and the back 100 x 100 will be the building. The building might take a little more, depending on your idea, but no more than 60% of the land
4. People coming in can drive straight to the car park to park, and walk on walkways to the building. Or the driver can drop then at the front of the building and continue driving into the car park area.
5. The building will have 1 80 x 80 ft hall, 1 smaller 3000 sq ft hall,. The big hall will have m/f change room attached. Both halls will have m/f rest rooms, food serving area,
6. Remember that using the 2 halls must not disturb each other
7. Your imagination is the limit. Dazzle me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
