Academic Writing - Literature Review - Critical Reasoning

In this project, we require the bidder have writing in academic way ( with reference ) and critical reasoning skills. The writing topic is about business administration, mostly about decision making, research design.. in BA. The bidder should have Academic Background such as Bachelor Degree in writing in English or work experiences ( reference from other projects ) We will provide a folder of documents in dropbox and the freelancer write based on those materials only. with references ofcourse.
