Detailed Strategic Sales Plan for Asian Expansion

I would like to have a detailed strategic sales plan written that covers the expansion of a predominantly US/Canada brand into Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), India and Asia. Anyone can write a "Sales Plan". I want something that has some thought and strategic thinking put into the processes behind the sales and growth for 2010. For all intentioned purposes the company is a start-up in this region and will not be relying on Head Office funding outside of a very small budget for telemarketing, travel and 1 person's wage in the initial instance. The company is in the Rewards and Recognition Sphere providing the solution to organisations platform/system needs to reward Customers/Channel Partners - Sales and Employees.
