Bitcoin Exchange Feasibility Report -- 2

We are trying to expand into the Crypto currency/ Money transfer service Market. We want someone to create portfolio that covers everything that such a company needs to take care of. It will be an online website like [login to view URL]  We need a person who knows about bit coin and can come up with as many problems we might experience and to mitigate and hedge these problems. We are looking to target Canada, India, USA now. We will have three people in different countries managing the coins. Some problems I can think of: 1) Hackers 2) How to manage liquidity of coins and fiat money between three countries 3) What kind of online exchange to use ( trading system) 4) How do we keep control of these three people? We do not want any of them to go rogue and spoil companies name 5) What laws do we need to follow in these countries? 6) We need as much information about running an exchange as possible. How will we manage it? What kind of developers we need to hire to create the site? Are there off the shelf software or do we need bespoke software? 7) Read about hot wallet vs. cold wallets 8) Our main focus would be Canada so that is what we need to target for now.  9) Also look at [login to view URL], we might just got for something simpler and not an exchange. We might just sell our own bit coins and not have other people trade (Exchange) on our site. We can have the exchange system in the future when we understand the market better.
