Develop a Corporate Identity

Hi, I'm a director of a new, vibrant Estate Agency operating in North-West and Central London. Myself and my business-partner are looking to hire a freelancer to create leaflets/brochures, and possibly in the longer perspective, help us develop corporate identity we want. We're a start-up company with limited opening budget and therefore not looking for established, expensive service. We are looking for someone young, creative, someone with solid skills in graphic design, good idea about marketing, more importantly, someone who knows they can deliver on time and quality and someone who wants to prove themselves. As an Estate agency we will need assistance and services of graphic designer on the regular basis therefore this job comes with a potential of long-term relationship attached to it. *YOU HAVE TO COMFORTABLY COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH! *WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO A LEAFLET IN 30 MINUTES FOR 50 BUCKS AND COMPLAIN IT IS TOO MUCH WORK TO OFFER OPTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS. THIS JOB IS FOR HARD-WORKING AND CREATIVE PERSON WHO WANTS TO PROVE THEMSELVES AND HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN DEMANDING LONDON MARKET. We will often deal with demanding and high-end clientele in Hampstead and some other prime locations in London, therefore our leaflets, brochures, and any marketing material will present certain standard acceptable in the marketplace. While not being unrealistic, we will demand quality of service. Over the course of every project we will expect to be presented with options, suggestions, and will also expect your creative input. This contract offers a chance of continuous relationship with London based business. We will discuss price in detail with the right candidate.
