we have multi-tenant database with around 10 tables. each table contains a tenant Id, tenant Id is unique value. the database is built using SQL server 2016. we need some one to do the following: 1. Make horizontal partition based on the tenant Id 2. create partition function 3. make sliding window function that to adjust the partition boundary once we create new tenant we want the scripts to be documented and explained.
