Cold Call US Companies and Pitch for Website Development

I'm looking for a GOOD salesman/saleswoman with PROPER ENGLISH who is willing to put up the work and effort to sell websites to people in the US using cold calling strategies. You will get me appointments and I will go close them in real life. I will pay you hourly, plus commissions. After you successfully get me an appointment(with the call recorded so I know how to follow up), you will get 15% commission, which is AT LEAST $225 with my product. I don't want anyone who can't speak English for his/her life. I want good salesmen who are willing to do this without trying to rob me by faking their hours or asking for more than I have to/will give on a freelancing website.
