B2B Telesales to retail

I run a toy company that manufactures glow in the dark costumes for adults and children. The product is primarily a costume so sells well into party and Halloween stores but there is also a secondary market into toy stores. We have sales into the major chains covered off but are looking for two telesales people who will call US based party, halloween and toy stores and present a sales script. The people that we hire should also be comfortable data mining and building a call list. We can discuss the sources that are available. The initial commitment will be for one month and we are offering an hourly base with commission on sales achieved. The steps that we ask of you will be; 1. identify retailers to call 2. Call them with short script, offer to send short Youtube clip of product in action, sell sheet and sales package 3. Call back a few days later and attempt to close. 4. Ask them to fill in the order forma and email it to me. Every sale will have a "coupon code" that is attributed to each sales person. If your sales volume is acceptable then we will make a longer term commitment. We will not pay in advance. Commission is 7%, please bid on your hourly rate and if possible indicate your experience of selling into retail, ideally toy or costume retail. I will also expect you to give me an idea of your expected call rate and close rate at some point. All applicants should have a North American phone number and high speed internet access.
