Salesforce or visualforce programming to create quota reports A roll-up summary view in the quarter-wise report as follows (Plan/Quota vs Actuals) of custom fields. SFDC Quota object should preferably be used. Manager: (for their team and drill down to Sales Person) Custom fields Q1 Plan/Quota Closed Commit Q2 Plan Closed Commit New ACV Total Annual License Subscription Annual Support Subscription Annual Support and Maintenance One Time Bookings Perpetual Professional Services Training CO Annual Renewal Annual Bookings (Total of the above) The columns across the top would be Closed, Commit and Plan/Quota for 4 quarters of the year. Next, we will need it same qtr previous year. To achieve this report, you need to Customize Forecasting / Quota module to allow setting of Quota for the above custom fields. Better still, the Quota program should permit selection of any custom field. A new screen for Quota setting will work too. Such a screen can have:
