API script for Harvest (a time tracking web service)

I need a script that will run on a standard Ubuntu Linux server. This script will query the Harvest API[1] and obtain the following values:

From the Uninvoiced report, the total amount for All time

From the Invoices overview report, the total due amount

And from the Project Budget report, sum all of the remaining budgets [2]

You'll need to obtain your own Harvest API code. You'll deliver a working script that we'll test against two different Harvest accounts. Our preference is for the script to use BASH only, but we'll consider other options.

This should be a really quick project for someone who knows what they're doing. There is potential for additional work with this and other APIs.

[2] The Project Budget report does not provide this number, but it is possible to download a CSV or Excel file and calculate the number from there, or use some other method. The number of projects listed in the project budget report will vary of course. If you're planning on using a CSV or Excel, consider an approach along these lines:
