We would like to enhance our IVR with the following Features:
1. Music on Hold - Avialable to Ring Groups and Queues
2. Auto Attendant - IVR with options table.
3. Time Conditions - Tables to support Week 30 min block grid on Gui Open/Closed routing to all IVR Function types.
4. Queues - To support: Music on Hold, Multiple Ring Strategies including priority agent ringing, External Agent List, Privacy Announcement, Queue Limit, Live Call limit per External Agent, Position Announcements, Periodic Announcements, Timeout with destination to all IVR Function types. Also Queue needs to support our Multiple server solution.
Also Need to add the ability to avoid playing the default/custom "unavailable message" either by:
1. A New "Type" "Voicemail_skipped", or
2. Parameter in all tables to choose to play or not play the message.
