Connect a motion sensor to a PC for counting persons and WebCam activation

We need to connect motion sensor (infrared or other) to a PC for counting persons entering to a bus.

It will be also necesary to habilitate a camera on event

Worker have to provide technical knwoledge, help on design, technical support and help for searching appropiate components to buy.

We?ll need to find adecuate netbooks and design how to put them on a bus taking in consideration security (no to be stolen) temperature (we are in a hot country) and dust.

We have to design a system with fans, filters and other cooling system on a metallic o wooden box.

We have cable network installers and we can make any metallic or wooden design. Worker will only provide design and online support.

Worker have to take in consideration price of all the components of the design in orther to provide the most affortable one.
