Blog/Guestbook crawler and submitter

I am looking for a Blog & Guestbook crawler and submitter. Pre-existing scripts are ok if they fit below criteria. It should be able to collect blog/guestbook addresses on mayor search engines through certain creteria (such as keyword and PageRank searches). The fields to be included should be adjustable for all different type of guessbooks/blogs: Name, url, comments, e-mail, country, city. I would need to have it run on the PC as well as on servers. Multi thread and proxy support would be nice. Also it should allow the user to input its own list of addresses. Keep a list of good working URLs, automatically delete all guestbook's that did not submit successfully and must be able to save/import the Guestbook list. Need to be able to start, stop and pause the posting.
