I enjoy cooking and baking. Finding recipes and planning meals can be lots of fun. My kitchen skills are sharper than my photography abilities, honesty but thankfully there is apps and programs to assist in that area. i Last week I created a new recipe which would make a good quick video tutorial, mini quiche/pies with a twist inspired by zucchini slice with pastry, egg, cheese and veg; bacon optional. My old run down kitchen isn't the ideal location for a photo shoot but I'm willing to find a way or another location if need be.

I have a youtube channel called "Lost an Italian" so I am familiar with video creation and with my work experience I know a lot about what people want to see, plus and most important, I am Italian which is meaning by definition that I am a food lover and of course I love cooking. Hi, I know that it may seem a little odd that I bid for this project given my profile and skills but the thing is my profile is mainly optimized for my main type of projects. Cooking and videos are not very frequent projects to find. My name is Eduardo, and I cook for hobby, but I cook well. I also live with a roommate who went to le cordon bleu and we have the tools and knowledge to make this work. My FB is Eduardo Ck, if you add me you could see lots and lots of pictures of my dishes despite the fact it is not my profession. I would love to work on this videos but first I would like to know: how much are you willing to pay for each video? e.g. Last night I setup the camera on top of our kitchen table and recorded some sample videos for measuring quality of the image, lighting, etc. I calculate the following: - Recipe planning -> 2hrs - Shopping -> 1hr - Recording & Cooking -> 1hr - Editing -> 2hrs - Cleaning, uploading, communicating, sending +others = 2hrs It seems I neat a minimum of 6-8 hrs to compose a single 15 minute video and I wanted to know if it was worth it to produce this videos.
