The first thing I will look at will be your PROPOSAL! Describe exactly how you would accomplish this, enough to convince me you can do it. Please be detailed.
This will be an online Bitcoin wallet. Users will register accounts, accept bitcoin payments, make bitcoin payments, etc.
It will be fully BIP32 compliant, [url removed, login to view]
This means every user will have their own wallet seed. This seed will be stored encrypted in their account.
It will use multiple rounds of CoinJoin on all outgoing transactions, [url removed, login to view]
Although CoinJoin is not full proof, this will help to protect our customers' privacy.
It will feature what I call an Address Server. Other users will be able to query the server with an email address formatted identifier, like . The server will return an unused, unique bitcoin address belonging to that user for them to send coin to.
The site will include Multisig addresses. We want to be in the business of moderating multisig escrow transactions. Users should be able to create Multisig accounts between each other and the site, load these multisig accounts with funds, do a real world transaction, then authorize the funds to be released. If a dispute arises, the site admin will moderate it, decide who is in the right, and award them the money. This system should charge a service fee to both customers.
This project does not include the web design aspect; we will take care of that later. For now we need a solid backend and API, not pretty CSS.
Sorry, Freelance removed the email address reference. I'm sure you've seen an email address. user at site dot come
