Build a Ruby on Rails Websoftware Platform

I am looking for a Ruby on Rails Expert for some web software. I need an EXPERT, if you have only done a few sites this is not for you. Sorry The system will have many features. 1. I need to have a Property Analyzer that will connect with Zillow's API structure. ([login to view URL]) When someone puts in a property address, it should pull the address, description, bedrooms, bathrooms, map, photo gallery, and the comps in the area. 2. I need people to be able to create websites and landing pages with the push of a button. I will have 5-8 website samples they can choose from. They way this will should work is they will just have to change their name servers to point to our name servers and that should be it. Building the site should be very easy. There will be a choice between 5-10 landing pages as well. Also they must be able to post properties in their website. All the sites must be 100% fully responsive. I will design the sites, you guys just must code them. 3. I need a light CRM where people will be able to sign up their Name, Email, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and type of house they are interested in. Users should be able to send out email to people who have signed up for different house types. Lets say they are selling a 2 bedroom house they should be able to send an email out to people that have signed up for 2 bedroom houses. They also need to be able to check who has opened the email. It should give them some type of percentage. 4. We will need a section where people can be able to search for recent Cash Buyers (I think we have to connect to an API through the Credit Company) 5. There will be a section where people can search for Motivated Sellers ( This will be connected through some sort of API as well.) 6. The system will process through infusionsoft and they need to be sent an email with their login credentials. 7. There needs to be some sort of Deal Calcuator. I can build the html and java for it, you will just need to be able to add it to the software. [login to view URL] needs to be a community network/social network where members can communicate with each other, it won't be as advanced as facebook but similar. I will be doing the actual design of the pages, landing pages, and websites and will have PNG's or PSDS for you. MUST HAVES 1. You MUST be easy to work with. 2. You MUST be avaialable 8am-5pm EST. If your not it needs to be similar. 3. You MUST be able to speak and understand the English Language very well as you will have various skype meetings with me and the rest of my staff. 4. You MUST meet deadlines. If you tell me it will be done by a certain date. I expect it to be done by that date and won't tolerate being late. 5. You MUST be an expert in Ruby on Rails, if your not and EXPERT then don't even bid on the job please.
