Android & iOS App needed

We need someone to create a Visitor Registration App to run on Android and Apple Tablets Please note before bidding - We have already wasted money and time on Freelancer with a coder who did not understand what we want and kept our money so we will only be creating milestones based on working app to our standard. Should it not work, no money will be released - You/your company must show examples of other app you have created - The creative artwork, app flow, button design, graphics etc needs to be done by you - We have an SDK and sample app for printing, we expect that the software will have print function built in. No add on apps opening in the middle of using the system should occur - If you do not agree or do not show the right skill, you will not be chosen. - You must have excellent written and spoken understanding of English to comprehend what we need. Requirements: - Consult with us around what the app flow and functions needs to be - Come up with app mock up - Develop app to suit Android and iOS operating system - Person should have knowledge of what requirements need to be met for this app to be made available on Google Play Store and Apple APP Store Functionality: A visitor registration system allows for visitors enter in their information at the reception desk of a business when they visit a person or attend a meeting at site. Visitor registration systems collect the information about the person i.e Their name, company they represent, mobile number, vehicle number plate information and who they are visiting. This information is normally collect via the touch screen of a tablet or device. The system will normally email the person that the visitor is at the site to see to notify them of their arrival. As part of a visitor registration system, a label is printer that is stuck on their chest to show that they are a visitor. An example of a visitor label is here: [login to view URL] When the person leave the building, they scan their badge out on a barcode scanner (connected via Bluetooth to the tablet) at which stage the system acknowledges that they have left and adds a time stamp on the record in the backend of the system The system tracks when the person has signed in and signed out and keeps this information in a log that can be exported in a csv format. The system should allow for an import feature to allow a list of employee names and email address to be entered via csv. The system should allow for a connection to active directory. We think the system should have the following number of screens 1. Welcome screen 2. Data collection page 3. Health & Safety page 4. Sign out page 5. Settings page
